01. Structure of building
The multi-purpose residential Block B1 has a monolithic reinforced-concrete wall and pillar structure.
03. Partition walls between residences
Acoustic partitions between residences consist of a 300 mm thick sandwich wall and conform to the STN standard on sound insulation. Walls between residences and staircases (corridors) are 250 mm thick brick masonry with increased sound insulation.
Interior partition walls are 115 mm thick Porotherm masonry.
07. Entrance door – security fire resistant door
Security fire resistant door (resistance EW45-D3) with a height of 2 100 mm. Security class 3, eleven-point locking, steel case. Security fittings with coverage with chrome finish. Panoramic peep-hole with cover and nameplate.
02. Interior doors
Ready-mixed screed compensates with the thickness of final wear layer (stone, parquet or carpet) that is planned in the individual rooms in accordance with the marketing reference data and implementation documentation of the residence.
The residence has installed one toilet with accessories (without panels or floor covering). The bathroom connections are prepared – blinding of water and sewage pipes in shafts of the respective apartment.

River Park Residences consist of 108 beautiful apartments with generous layouts. The area of the individual residences is between 70 m2 and 350 m2. Each residence has a balcony, loggia or terrace with a view of the Danube. Of course, River Park offers the possibility of individual arrangement of the interiors. Extension or combination of residences, changes of partition walls and special architectural alterations according to client requirements are feasible. A River Park residence is available as a bare apartment with basic furnishings, which allows room for the inputting of the individual ideas of the client, or as a standard flat including interior furnishing of top quality.
